Order Acceptance
NAWCC, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be fraudulent, suspicious, or where shipping and billing information cannot be verified.

International Orders
We offer international shipping on select items. However, NAWCC, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel international orders at any time. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered can be lawfully imported to their destination country.

Duties, Taxes, and VAT
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. However, shipping times provided are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Once an item has been shipped, NAWCC, Inc. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during transit.
